Dr. Christy Boyd, MD, FAAP, CSCS

Dr. Christy Boyd graduated from Stanford University in 1995. During her time at Stanford, she was a member of the Track & Field team, serving as Team Captain her final two years. She completed medical school at UC San Diego, followed by a Pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Oakland. She then completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Stanford University. During her fellowship, Dr. Christy Boyd worked primarily with the Stanford athletes and served as a team physician for several teams.

Dr. Christy Boyd is Board-Certified in Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Council on Sports Medicine and Fitness. She is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, American College of Sports Medicine and American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
