From I-580 East:  As of March 12th, 2011, the Portola Exit off of 580 is permanently closed.

Take the N. LIVERMORE exit. Turn right onto N. LIVEMORE. Drive approximately 1.2 miles. Turn right onto RAILROAD AVE. Follow Railroad Ave for 1 mile. It will become STANLEY BLVD. 1119 E. Stanley BLVD (the LifeStyle Rx building) will be on the left.

From I-580 West:  Exit on N. Livermore and turn left at the stop sign. At RAILROAD AVENUE, turn right. RAILROAD AVENUE will become STANLEY BLVD. The facility will be on your left.
